To the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Bastyrkin Alexander Ivanovich APPEAL (DATE) I submitted an appeal through the online reception on the website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation addressed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation A. I. Bastyrkin requesting to take personal control over the investigation of a criminal case under the article "Murder", which was presumably committed against Seda Muhamadovna Suleymanova born March 24, 1997. Appeal ID – (APPEAL NUMBER). According to the Order of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation dated December 4, 2023 No. 159 "On approval of the Instructions for consideration of incoming statements, appeals, complaints and other information (except those containing crime reports) to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, as well as for receiving citizens", written appeals received by the Investigative Committee or an official of the Investigative Committee in accordance with competence are considered within 30 days from the date of their registration.
